Webinar: How to Prepare and Make the Most of Xecs Matchmaking

Join this online webinar organised by Xecs Team to discover how to best prepare and maximise your participation opportunities for the Xecs Call 6 Matchmaking Event.

Ahead of the event in Vienna on 6–7 October 2026, this webinar will provide prospective participants with practical guidance, useful tips and key information to help navigate the matchmaking effectively and build strong project consortia.

During the session, participants will:

• Learn more about Xecs Call 6 and its indicative timeline
• Discover the specific format and opportunities offered by the Xecs Matchmaking Event
• Receive an overview of the AENEAS Event Platform and its key features, including:
  • scheduling face-to-face meetings,
  • submitting project idea pitches,
  • applying for project idea posters,
  • networking with potential partners
• Hear experienced insights and practical recommendations from an AENEAS member, actively involved in Xecs projects, on how to make the most of the event experience

The webinar will also include a dedicated Q&A session, allowing participants to ask questions directly to the team and experienced participants.
